It started with relationships – a handful of interesting people, with very different circumstances, whose paths crossed. Perhaps by chance… but we think not. One friend invites a friend who invites another friend … and we find ourselves together at a table. So we ate (of course) and it was delicious. We enjoyed sharing good food, points of view, friendship, business perspectives and wine. Soon, we recognized that the food and friendship around the table strengthened our connection.
Years later, we found ourselves together again, this time – with a project on the table. The project was to create a unique restaurant in a neighborhood with a distinctive need. So we gathered, exchanged ideas and realized that, collectively, we had the talent to create something amazing. A place for people to Relax, Eat and Drink.
Next, we built a table…a red table.
The Red table is an outward expression of the way we feel about food and friendship. The color red directs us to stop and take pause. The table represents family, community and comfort. The table is where life happens.
The Red Table gastrobar is eclectic and comfortable with textures and furnishings that complement and gently challenge each other. Our employees have an intuitive sense of hospitality and understand the value of gracious service. They are passionate and knowledgeable about food, great wine, craft beer, amazing cocktails, and fun. Our service style is flexible and allows you to set the pace of your dining adventure. With our communal table as the centerpiece of the restaurant, every visit is a celebration.
